You can permanently remove your Label Trace account, bins, belongings, and associated data at any time.

Delete inside the app

Open Label Trace.
Tap Me, then Delete account.
Follow the confirmation and identity-check steps.

In-app deletion begins immediately after you confirm your identity.

No app access

Request deletion by email

Email SGK Studios from the address connected to your Label Trace account. Include the account email and write “Label Trace account deletion” in the subject line.

What is removed

Your deletion includes

Your Label Trace authentication account
Cloud records for bins, belongings, notes, tags, and related settings
Label Trace item photos stored locally on the device where you delete in the app

Processing and retention

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are verified and normally processed within 30 days. We may retain limited records only when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or financial-record obligations.

Uninstalling Label Trace removes locally stored app data but does not by itself delete a linked online account. Use one of the deletion methods above to delete the account.
